Friday, February 9, 2018, 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm is the date for our 6th annual fundraiser, Ales for Sails. Enjoy local craft brew from 10 breweries, sample delicious appetizers, enter to win a gift basket, dance to the live DJ music, play in the photo booth, check out the unique bayfront boatshop venue and more – all while supporting a great cause!

 

As always, tickets will be $40 each and available pre-sale only. Tickets can be purchased on-line during the first week in December 2017 – and they always sell out. . .  Each ticket comes with one vote to select your favorite brewery for the coveted People’s Choice Award. Must be 21 or older to attend.

 

Who will receive the Ales for Sails People’s Choice Award for 2018? Choose one of ten entries including: Erie Ale Works, Erie Brewing, Lavery Brewing, Blue Canoe, Timber Creek, 5 & 20 Spirits and Brewing, The Brewerie, Millcreek Brewing Company, Voodoo, and Arundel Cellars & Brewing Company.

Cheers to Five Years!!!  Come to our 5th Annual Ales for Sails event featuring local craft beer, delicious food provided by Stephany’s Catering, music by Millennium Sound and more! This event sells out every year, so be sure to order your tickets early. All tickets will be sold in advance and will go on sale the first week of December. Must be 21 years old to attend.

We are excited to welcome local breweries Voodoo, Lavery Brewing, Blue Canoe, Erie Brewing, Erie Ale Works, Timber Creek, 5 & 20 Spirits and Brewing, The BrewErie and (new this year) Millcreek Brewing Company! Come and support your local entrepreneurs and vote for your favorite brew.

Stephany’s Catering will be serving delicious appetizers and our live DJ, courtesy of Millennium Sound, will be providing music throughout the evening. Silent auction items will be on display and raffled off at the end of the evening.  Thank you to all the local artists and businesses who contribute every year.  If you are interested in donating an item for this year’s festival, email info@bayfrontcenter.org. This is BMC’s major fundraiser, so please help support the mission –  improving the lives of area youth,  all year long.
