Community Sailing and Boating (CSB) is a program to reduce barriers and increase access to the waterfront and boating for our entire Erie community. The successful Pilot Program was launched in 2023 funded by the Erie Yacht Club Foundation.

Membership based and volunteer driven, the CSB program will offer lessons and have vessels available for community members to use. Through CSB, we will improve access to Presque Isle Bay and to the activity of boating to serve all members of our community. CSB will work with community partners and supporters to offer membership at different levels based on income and will have scholarships available to reduce barriers to access.

Community Sailing and Boating will be an access point of the Erie Community to get on the water through sail, power and paddle.
