Students began a new experimental boat shop project this week: Fan Powered Model Boats on Wheels. Through hands-on project-based discovery, teens are designing and building their own craft hoping to build the boat that goes the farthest, fastest, and steers the straightest course, The first planning steps include sketching a concept,  making a scale drawing with dimensions, and listing the construction steps.
