It is time to start planning your cardboard boat! Use your imagination to construct a boat made entirely from cardboard, tape, paint and glue, and then paddle it around a 200 yard course in the East Canal Basin on Erie’s Bayfront and see if you can win a prize for Most Creative, Fastest Time, Crowd Favorite… or at least Most Dramatic Sinking!
